6. I haven't received an order confirmation, what now?
If you've made a purchase with us, you should receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If you haven't received the confirmation, here are some possible reasons:
1.) You may have entered the wrong email address.
2.) Please check your spam folder. The confirmation may be there.
3.) The order process may not have been completed correctly.

1. How can I purchase custom name tags?
We offer custom pet name tag options. Please select this option (otherwise, the dog tag will not be produced), then enter the text you want to customize, choose your preferred color, and add it to your shopping cart along with your pet planter. Complete the checkout, and we will immediately produce it for you.
2. What material are the pet planters made of? Can they be placed outdoors?
The planters are made of high-density polymer material PVC, which is more environmentally friendly than wood and does not require tree felling. They are sturdy, moisture-proof, and sun-proof, suitable for various scenarios and environments.
3. Can i leave these outdoors all season? where sun, rain and all the elements?
Yes, you can. This planter is made of high-quality PVC and waterproof material, which will not rot or become brittle with time or be damaged by long-term rainfall or humidity. The durability and versatility of PVC allow the planter to be used indoors or outdoors.
4. Are the pet planters I receive pre-assembled?
For ease of transportation, the planters are packaged separately and require self-assembly. However, this process is very simple, and we will provide you with installation tutorials and videos.
Shipping
1. What are your shipping times?
Free Shipping 7 - 14 Days. Tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you after shipment. You can also find notifications about your shipping information on our order tracking page.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
If you have an account with us, you can also log in to view your order history and track current orders.
3. My delivery address has changed—what should I do?
If you have a new address, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update the shipping address before dispatch. If the product has already been shipped, unfortunately, the address change will no longer be possible.
4. I received the wrong product. What should I do?

3. Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we aim to ship it as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
4. How do I cancel an order?
We’ll begin processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us at service@petwithhome.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. But note that cancellations are not possible if production has started or the order has shipped.
